The Quality Policy of LLC Be Group (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is the foundational document of the Quality Management System implemented within the company. It defines the management’s approach to the continuous improvement of services and processes in order to meet customer and client requirements.

The company’s management is committed to supporting the Quality Management System by allocating appropriate resources within its technical and financial capabilities, periodically analyzing the system’s effectiveness, and making decisions on improvement actions.

The starting point for the company’s management is the accurate identification of the requirements of customers, clients, and interested parties, and the continuous delivery of corresponding services.

The company’s leadership consistently works to enhance employee competence by ensuring their participation in relevant education and training programs. Management monitors staff awareness regarding service quality requirements, customer interests, and the risks associated with the company’s operations.

The Quality Management System of LLC Be Group is based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 (excluding the requirements outlined in clause 8.3) and encompasses all core and supporting processes of the company.

To ensure continuous quality improvement, the company’s management provides for:

  • Development and enhancement of service quality in accordance with international standards
  • Compliance of documentation with applicable legislation and national standards
  • Implementation of new technologies, evaluation methods, and continuous professional development
  • Expansion of service offerings

To ensure continuous service improvement, the company maintains close relationships with clients and property owners to understand their evolving needs and challenges within the service process.

Additionally, the company:

  • Ensures effective internal communication among employees and necessary external communication with customers and stakeholders
  • Conducts periodic evaluation of processes based on defined quality criteria
  • Is responsible for the effective functioning of the implemented system, conducts annual internal audits, and implements all necessary corrective actions
  • Develops improvement-oriented goals and objectives in coordination with process owners on a defined periodic basis

The company adheres to applicable international and national legislation and continuously monitors its strict compliance.
